My Name is Richard Evans and I am the owner and independent agent of Affordable Health, Life and Annuity Services.  I have been in the business long enough (17 years) to know who the good guys and the bad guys are.

We can do this all on the internet or by mail, but it is much easier if we can also talk.  I also strongly recommend that we review everything just prior to making application to avoid any glitches or misunderstandings.
